All 2023 net proceeds will be going to Boston Medical Center and their efforts to better understand stroke in young patients. Kevin himself was treated by the staff at BMC, so this is a cause near and dear to our hearts. Last year we were able to donate $15,000 to Boston Medical Center’s stroke research team and we are excited to continue to further stroke research efforts to alongside the staff at BMC again this year!

Donation Disclaimer

We all hate transaction fees, but we want to be sure you are able to make digital donations simply and effortlessly! To ensure that 100% of your payment is used towards our cause, we hope you won’t mind covering a 3% transaction fee for your digital donation. This will show up as a “Sales Tax” when you check out; however it is a transaction fee, NOT a sales tax. We are currently working with our website service to clarify this. We are actively finding options for “fee-free” donations and will make modifications to our donation platform as we grow!

In the meantime, if you would prefer not to pay a transaction fee along with your donation, you are welcome to donate via Venmo (@forestrokesfoundation), Paypal (@forestrokes), or mail us a check and we will be sure that you get a donation receipt from us. To pay by check, contact us directly and we will provide you with the required information!
